Download our paper doll templates below. Cut them out following the instructions - feel free to customise and decorate!

Then photograph your cutout and post on social media with the hashtags #CuttingOut, #SupportSurvivors, #11Million and #PaperDolls.

If you are a survivor and want the paper doll to represent you, post with the hashtag #ThisOnesMe.

All photos we receive will be added to a digital installation which will be shared at every Cutting Out show.

If you don't use social media you can email your cutout to [email protected].
